Google, Android, and iPhone profits

Sometimes I wonder if Google even cares about this. Sometimes I wonder if Google just wanted Android to be good enough to keep a platform besides the iPhone from gaining momentum. Sometimes I wonder if Google is just full of evil geniuses.

Then I realize, they just suck at making products for consumers.

My problem with something like this is really who is producing it. If I’m ever going to buy this from a company I’m gonna buy it from a company that makes products for consumers. A company that makes it’s profits from selling hardware and software.

I’m not gonna buy it from a company that makes its money by selling people’s information to advertisers.
