It's been a bit of a weird week for me. I found out Tuesday that I was in the midst of my last day with MetaLab. While it would be easy to nitpick about that last day not going exactly how I would have expected, letting people go is hard and I don't envy the position they there were in. They had to make the best decision for the business and sadly that didn't include keeping me on board. I'm so INCREDIBLY thankful to everyone at MetaLab. I didn't encounter a single person I didn't like while I was there. They're an awesomely talented and just plain pleasant group of people to work with. And I know they will keep churning out incredible work.

But the weirdest part of how it all worked out is I didn't spend any time just kicking back with a beer before I started looking for my next opportunity. I'm super excited that I'm staying in the Tiny family, and I have joined the team at Flow where I'll be working as a web and possibly iOS developer. I'm excited to be working on a product I love and that I actually use. If you haven't heard of it and you need some good task/project management for your team, head on over to http://getflow.com and check it out!
